About Me
Stanford grad Forrest Li founded and runs online gaming and e-commerce firm Sea, which also has interests in e-payments and financial services. Li entered the ranks of Singapore's richest after listing Sea on the New York Stock Exchange in 2017. Sea has attracted investors such as Tencent, the Norwegian sovereign wealth fund, private equity firm General Atlantic and Malaysian billionaire Robert Kuok's son Kuok Khoon Hua. In 2023, Sea booked its first-ever annual net profit since its IPO. Sea has rolled out digital banking services in Southeast Asia, Taiwan and Brazil.
