About Me

Gene Lee is a cofounder of fintech startup Ramp, which private investors valued at $32 billion in November 2025. Lee launched the company in 2019 with Eric Glyman and Karim Atiyeh. Each cofounder owns an estimated 6% of Ramp. Lee joined Paribus, a price tracking app cofounded by Glyman and Atiyeh, as a software engineer in 2015. The trio went to work for Capital One for two and a half years after the credit card giant acquired Paribus for an undisclosed sum in 2016. Lee and Glyman live in New York, where Ramp is headquartered, while Atiyeh lives in Miami.
