Her parents, Tom and Judy Love, founded the company in 1964 using a $5,000 loan from Tom's parents. Brothers Frank and Greg Love are co-CEOs of the $21.6 billion (est. sales) company. She is on the board of trustees for the Children's Miracle Network, a nonprofit that raises fund for children's hospitals in the U.S. and Canada.
