Kvetnoi was the largest shareholder in Moscow's Vnukovo Airport, owning 30% of the project, until he sold out in 2013 and quit its board. In 2011 he expanded his cement holdings by acquiring one of billionaire Elena Baturina's factories in southern Russia.
